Addressing the needs of most small and home offices are these multifunction printers. Also known popularly as All-In-Ones (AIOs), these machines fulfill the basic tasks of printing, scanning and copying. To add further value, about half of these devices offer faxing capabilities as well. A single print device that serves several functions, including printing, faxing, scanning, and copying. Also called a multifunction printer (MFP). All-in-one is often abbreviated as AiO. Many printer manufacturers make All-in-One printers, including Brother, HP, Canon, Epson and Lexmark. Kodak is also expected to release an All-In-One printer.
